2004 Will Kimble F-5 #53

Great sounding Bluegrass mandolin from this well respected Ohio luthier!

Will Kimble has been building mandolins for a couple of decades now, and he has acquired quite a following.  As a musician himself, he knows great tone and that’s what he gets from his instruments.  This F-5, #53, is constructed with Engleman Spruce top, Sugar maple back and sides, Shaller Tuners, Randy Allen tailpiece, speed neck and Steve Smith bridge.  Plenty of volume and deep woody chop makes this a fine Bluegrass mandolin and a great choice for the professional touring musician or the weekend player who would like to be heard even in a room full of banjos!
